Trade Street & Co. didn’t begin with a T-shirt.
It began with a story.
When The Last Good Seat at the Bar introduced readers to The Bar, it opened the door to a world built around the things that have always made the Lowcountry feel like home... weathered docks, oyster roasts, old boats, cold drinks, good music and the people you’d rather sit with a little longer.
Then something unexpected happened.
The story began to grow beyond the page.
Readers connected with the places, traditions and feeling behind the book. And somewhere along the way, the idea for Trade Street & Co. took shape: a coastal goods company inspired by that same world.
What started with The Bar has grown into collections that celebrate the Lowcountry itself... from Savannah and Charleston to the islands, waterways and small towns that give this part of the coast its character.
Our designs are meant to feel familiar. A favorite shirt pulled from the drawer. A ballcap that has been on the boat more times than you can count. Something you throw on for an oyster roast, an afternoon on the dock, a road trip toward the water or a night that wasn't supposed to last quite so long.
Trade Street & Co. is still growing.
So are the stories.
But the things at the heart of both remain pretty simple:
Good Company. Salty Air. Simple Pleasures.
Welcome to Trade Street & Co.
Pull up a chair.
