Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item so we can help make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Production can begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
